as winter season is on peak and its a snow season but GDA as a authority is not providing any facility to its field staff who remains present on duty day and night. they always complains that we have legal demands and the GDA should provide us legal facilities as 1. Coal allowance. 2. snow boots 3. winter uniform ( warm clothes )
